Our  History

Global Shares, Plc., was founded by industry leaders wishing to improve the industry standard of stock plan administration services. 

Other experienced industry professionals concurred with this vision and soon followed.  As a result, a strong, proficient and very dedicated team of leading professionals formed one cohesive group, and Global Shares was born.  They committed themselves to their aspiration of enhancing service offered in the industry.

Based in West Cork, Ireland and with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom and China, Global Shares leverages state of the art technology with experienced and trained stock plan administrators experienced with global plans.

Private investors as well as the Irish government have invested in Global Shares to ensure that clients who require international recordkeeping support can work with the best in the business. Clients include private as well as public companies - both large and small. These clients are currently based in 12 countries and range in size from 14 to 140,000 employees.
