Jessica graduated from Mills College in 2005 with a BA in Economics; she is also a CEP Level 1. Prior to Global Shares Jessica was the Manager of Customer Service as well as serving as acting manager of Quality Assurance at Equity Administration Solutions, Inc. As Manager of Customer Service, Jessica handled data conversions for direct and indirect clients, from a variety of software platforms, including Transcentive, and Equity Edge. She also lead onsite training sessions for EASi's clients. As acting manager of QA, Jessica organized the release of new versions of the software platform, including drafting user guides. |
