Laura Abarca joins Global Shares from SunGard where she held the position of National Sales Manager.   Laura has 15 years experience in the equity compensation business.Laura has held various positions within the industry, including starting and successfully running two of her own equity related firms in Silicon Valley called Abarca Equity Inc and Laurus Executive Services from 1997 to 2003, prior to which she began her career at Smith Barney.Laura is a member of such organizations as NASPP, GEO, NCEO and is currently the Vice President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the NASPP.
