Mary was most recently involved in the planning and implementation structure for the set up and operation of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (PIAB) Service Center for South Western Services.  This role involved interacting with inter-company departments and the PIAB to implement and improve service and process efficiencies, such as software improvements, printing and scanning solutions.

Mary has twenty years experience in all aspects of the operation of a family run service business.

Prior to this, she worked in the operations section of an international bank servicing multi-national business account holders.

Quality and efficiency are paramount to her and is achieved by the motivation of committed staff and clear quality control systems.
