Richard Hayes was the founder and chief executive of IFG Group PLC, a London and Dublin listed financial services and administration company. He resigned in 2006 as CEO after seventeen years in the position. He remains a substantial shareholder.

Richard is a director of a number of companies including Findlay Park American Smaller Companies Fund PLC and The Prusik Asia Fund PLC. Recently he has also provided development

finance and or advice to businesses in various areas including third party asset management, multimedia web development and biomass combustion for waste. He also serves on the business mentor panel for Enterprise Ireland.

Richard is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is married and has three children.
