Bob recently joined Global Shares with over twenty five years of experience in the design and administration of equity compensation plans both in the United States, Europe and Asia. Bob’s extensive experience was gained by working for Fortune 500 companies such as Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Aon Corporation where he was responsible for the design and administration of all of the executive programs and was called upon to interact with all levels of senior management including the Board of Directors. Prior to his corporate experience Bob was a consultant in the Actuarial and Benefits Consulting group of now Deloitte and Touche. Most recently Bob was Vice President of Benefits Consulting for Pen-Cal, a nationally recognized |
leader in the design and administration of non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. In this capacity he was responsible for providing consulting and client relations for the Eastern half of the United States. Over the years Bob has developed an in-depth understanding of the tax, accounting and securities issues surrounding executive compensation plans. As such he is frequent speaker and author regarding the design, communication, and administration of these plans. Bob is a graduate of the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and Roosevelt University where he concentrated in Actuarial Science. In his leisure time he is a Recognized high school and college football official. |
