Global Shares will assume responsibility for the stock plan data, providing ad hoc and timely monthly, quarterly and annual reporting – and be your partner when changes occur. We can implement new plans – or convert your data from your existing platform.
From the moment you meet your implementation specialist until we begin supporting you on a daily basis, you will find a "new” level of service.
The implementation project team will be headed by a Global Shares implementation manager who will be responsible for the co-ordination of the project from start to live date. Your implementation manager will be supported by members of our support team including: Systems, Training, Account Management and Support Services and Employee Communications.
Each client is supported at a corporate level by a dedicated relationship manager. Your relationship manager is your point-to-point contact for all customer queries and administrative services throughout the duration of your relationship with Global Shares.
All Global Shares full administration clients will also be supported by permissioned portal access to all participant, plan and reporting information within our database. Portal access levels will be agreed during implementation as will roles and responsibilities to update information (updating can be on a shared arrangement or fully outsourced to Global Shares).
Global Shares Implementation
Unlike other providers, we are prepared to begin implementing your stock option plan(s) immediately. We estimate implementation to take between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the condition of your plan data and your availability. Implementation activities include:
- Compilation and clarification of plan resume

Global Shares Participant Support
 A service helpline will be available for your plan participants unless you request for participants to contact your broker directly. All support representatives are trained in Stock Plan Administration and will be cross-trained in the stock plan and administrative requirements of your company.
In addition, a customised web portal can be available to your plan participants. The portal access can be developed during the implementation process and can be translated into various languages.
Global Shares participant portals allows access to key features such as: participant statements, online modelling and execution capabilities. In addition, key information can be posted to the site including: plan documents, frequently asked questions, forms, etc.

As we at Global Shares do not provide financial or brokerage services, we are happy to work with your selected broker and registrar partner. Global Shares is independent from all brokerage firms.
