Global Shares announces the appointments of Caroline Peace, FCIS, and
Edwin Alexanian as Client Relationship Managers
Global Shares UK Limited Global Shares is delighted to announce the appointments of Caroline Peace, FCIS, and Edwin Alexanian, both of whom will be responsible for direct Client Relationship Management.
Caroline Peace:
Based in the UK, Caroline has over twelve years company secretarial experience during which she has been involved with the design, implementation and administration of global stock plans for both UK and US listed companies.
She commenced her company secretarial career with a privately owned biotech company, Vanguard Medica, which subsequently listed fully on the London Stock Exchange and then spent over six years as Assistant Company Secretary at Telewest (now Virgin Media Inc.) She has a wide range of experience in managing share plans in-house and has also been involved in a variety of project work including merger transactions, rights issues and a debt for equity swap.
Caroline is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and has a bachelor degree in French and German.
Edwin Alexanian:
Based in the UK, Edwin (Ed) has extensive expertise of working both directly in-house with companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and Reuters on Global Share Plan Administration as well as working directly for a third party administration provider supporting clients in this field.
His extensive expertise includes: managing and handling data cleansing as well as all aspects of data manipulation; first point of contact for HR queries globally, owner/maintainer of internal Share Plans website; supervision of third party administrators; preparation of grant deeds and board resolutions; split tax liability calculations for international assignees; involvement with internal business and participant communications; maintaining SOX compliance with regard to data transfers and systems; as well as the management and deployment of annual Share Option tax returns.
