Global Shares Announces the Opening of their UK Operation
Global Shares, the newest share plan administrator to hit the market since the advent of the latest International and US Stock Plan Accounting changes, are delighted to announce the opening of their UK operation. Since the Company’s official launch in April 2006, subsequently followed by the opening of their administration centre in West Cork, Ireland in July 2006 and their US office in October 2006, this move endorses the Company’s policy to implement the infrastructure of their client relationship teams in major cities all over the world to support to best serve their target markets. Joining the UK operation with immediate effect is Caryn Sanders as Director of UK Business Development and Andy Rogers as Chairman of Global Shares UK. Caryn, with over 18 years expertise in International Share Plans, brings a wealth of knowledge ranging from a software, training, consultancy, implementation as well as a business and marketing background in this specialist arena. Caryn commented: ‘I am delighted to be joining the team of industry specialists at Global Shares – bringing the focus back to core customer service values by providing optimum share plan administration and affiliated services to this premier market.’ Andy is Chairman of the European Marketing Group and principal of Rogers Associated Ltd, a consultancy providing both strategic advice and mentoring support at board level to many European companies. Having previously worked for the Bank of Ireland in a career spanning 38 years, he was a Director of many bank subsidiaries and was an Executive of the Bank of Ireland UK. He holds a first class honours degree in Business Studies and a Masters Degree from Trinity College, Dublin.
