Tax rates will be set as a flat rate for each state or country, rate specified by client;

                         Annual billing in advance;

                         Standard client agreement, software included in the annual fee;

• Grant agreements

                         $5 per paper documents, $2.50 emailed documents;

                         Minimum charge of $100 per grant;

• ISO Splits calculated per system or grant changes or RSA/RSU deferrals

                         Adjustments $100 per hour, $100 minimum charge

• Any modifications to data are charged at $100 an hour
• Capitalization table administration provided at $150/hour
