We are delighted to introduce our Head of International Tax & Advisory, Kelly Hillis, who brings more than a decade of expertise in the fields of tax, law, and equity compensation.
Before joining Global Shares, Kelly was Tax Manager with RBC, and previously worked as Tax Manager at Deloitte for global employer services, looking after equity compensation & remuneration for globally mobile & domestic employees. Prior to that she worked at EY, where she trained and qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute. Kelly holds a Law Degree from UCC, as well as a Master’s in Law from Trinity College Dublin.
Kelly joined Global Shares in 2021 at a time of massive expansion for the company. Since then, she has created a new International Tax & Advisory Division to look after all tax reporting matters, and her remit includes trust administration, new partner onboarding advice and providing global tax advice for Global Shares internally. In addition, she oversees our regulatory tax reporting obligations. Kelly has built a fantastic team of tax and trust professionals and we are thrilled to have her depth of tax expertise to lead and grow this area of the business commercially.
Looking ahead, Kelly will be a huge asset to Global Shares, providing a complete and seamless range of tax and trust services for our clients and partners. I look forward to working closely with her in the years to come!
