Global Shares Welcomes New Market Development Director

We are delighted to welcome industry stalwart Rogier Kneepkens Global Shares as our New Market Development Director.

With more than 15 years of experience in the equity compensation industry, Rogier has previously worked as Vice President at both Morgan Stanley and Computershare and was most recently a Product Manager at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley. He was previously a Client Manager at Citi Smith Barney and was closely involved in the migration of the Morgan Stanley international book of business to Computershare.

Rogier is very welcome to the Global Shares team. Our huge success in recent years means that we are now the employer of choice for key players in the equity incentive industry. Rogier is an astute and seasoned professional who joins us to oversee business requirements as we scale into new markets and roll out new products. With his depth of equity knowledge, he is a great strategic fit for Global Shares and I’ve no doubt he will relish making an impact in this new role.

Rogier has a master’s degree (MSc) of Science in System Engineering, Policy Analysis, and Management from the Technical University of Delft, Netherlands. He speaks Dutch, English, and Spanish and is based at Global Shares Barcelona office.
