Global Shares holds panel discussion at GEO NECF ’15

September 14st, 2015Global Shares are pleased to announce their participation at GEO’s 5th Annual National Compensation Forum, (NECF) taking place on September 14-16, 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona. As proud sponsors of the event, Global Shares looks forward to coming together with some of the sharpest equity plan minds from around the globe.

NECF gives attendees the opportunity to attend learning sessions, keynote speeches and multiple discussions on hot topics in the world of equity compensation delivered by leaders in the field. This year’s conference will host a number of breakout series covering topics from Communication, Program Management and Finance & Tax to Executive Pay, Compliance & Regulatory and Design Strategy & Trends.

Their session entitled: ‘Giving Equity to Your Participants: Why They Need to Understand it to Appreciate it!’, will discuss the importance of effective communication of equity grants to participants and how this communication can increase employee engagement in your equity plan – a must for a successful employee owned company.
