We’re one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ 2023

We were thrilled to be named one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ 2023 at the 21st Annual Great Place to Work® Awards Ceremony, which took place on February 22nd. Global Shares was listed in the top 20 medium-sized Best Workplaces™ (101 – 251 employees), based on our employee numbers in Ireland in 2022.

This is Global Shares’ third consecutive year to be named as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces™ and follows the announcement in January 2023 that we had achieved our Great Place to Work® accreditation for 2023.

At a time where there have been a lot of challenges economically post-Covid, it is great to be able to shine a light on organisations that have continued to focus on building a great culture. Featured in this year’s Best Workplaces™ are one hundred companies of all sizes and industry sectors who have set their ambition to build a great culture. These organisations listen to their employees’ voice through the Great Place to Work® survey, have a continuous improvement mindset and make firm action plans to respond. It’s not about pool tables and bean bags but good communication, good performance and supporting managers to become high-trust leaders.

I’m very proud to see Global Shares listed in the top 20 Best Workplaces™ in Ireland for 2023 and I’d like to thank every Global Shares colleague who has been part of our remarkable story.
