We’re very proud to announce the winners of our 2023 Values Awards, following
the 4th Annual Global Shares Values Awards Ceremony. Our values sum up
the ethos of our company – they are the glue that hold us together as a team,
and core to providing first class service to our clients.
Each year, leadership across the company nominate employees for their exceptional work, aligned to our values, culminating in a virtual Awards Ceremony for all our 800 staff.

These Awards are a real highlight of the year at Global Shares,
and a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our team. This year we had a record 260 submissions, detailing the high calibre work ethic and unerring commitment of the nominees. Well done to every one of this year’s nominees, who go above and beyond in the exceptional work they do across our organisation on a daily basis, and congratulations to

Awards, when we showcase the very best of our staff across departments and locations worldwide, aligned to our values. 2022 was a momentous year for all of us at Global Shares, when we became part of J.P. Morgan, and our judging panel had the extremely difficult task of whittling hundreds of nominations down to just six winners.
