At Global Shares our values are core to who we are and what to do to service our clients – they sum up the ethos of our company and are the glue that hold us together as a team. We celebrate our values each year through our Annual Values Awards, which culminate with a virtual Award Ceremony for all our 600 staff.

Our Values Awards are one of the highlights of the calendar year at Global Shares, showcasing the fantastic work done by our Global Shares colleagues across all departments and locations and how their contributions are aligned to our values. This year a record 120+ nominations were submitted by leadership from across the company, recognising the strength and depth of Global Shares’ team, and specifically those who champion our company values. The standard of these awards is extremely high, and our champions faced tough competition. Our 2022 winners are truly deserving of their award success”
