Global Shares is delighted to be listed in Ireland’s Top 100 Index of companies leading the way in employee wellbeing. The Top 100 Index is comprised of companies that hold the IBEC KeepWell Mark accreditation and successfully meet the KeepWell standards in areas including culture, leadership, communication, mental health, physical activity, healthy eating & more.

The Top 100 index has been launched by IBEC in partnership with Business & Finance Media Group, to showcase companies who have made employee wellbeing a core business priority and will help to inspire and catalyse cultural changes in workplaces across Ireland’s business community.

Stephen Tabb, Global Shares Director of HR, commented “Our employees are at the heart of who we are and what we do and we are fully committed to supporting their wellbeing needs. We have a dedicated employee wellbeing brand called ‘Global Cares’, which focuses on four key wellbeing pillars: Emotional, Mental, Social & Physical. Global Cares is at the very heart of our company culture, adding humour, personality, and the human touch to how we engage with each other.  Our Global Cares team works passionately together from locations across the globe to coordinate a jam-packed programme of activities like online quizzes, parenting webinars, care packs, mood-boosting food tips, online yoga, live HIIT classes, and more. We also offer our staff a free, confidential Employee Assistance Programme. On behalf of our Global Cares team, I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve been recognised in the Top 100 in Wellbeing Company Index”.

IBEC’s KeepWell Programme Manager, Sophie Moran, said: “Ibec would like to offer congratulations to Global Shares and all the companies included in the Top 100 Index. These are companies that have consistently demonstrated their strategic approach to and understanding of wellbeing in the workplace and are leading the way in this space”

Global Shares achieved its IBEC KeepWell workplace wellbeing accreditation in 2020, culminating an 18-month journey.
