We’re delighted to be included in the Ireland INC US 250 Index 2022, which comprises 250 of the fastest growing Irish companies investing and operating in the United States.
Our US business is going from strength to strength, and we’re very proud to fly the Irish flag in North America, alongside so many great Irish companies. We’ve expanded our team by 50% this year in Nashville and Jersey City, and we’re very excited to have a new Canadian team based in Calgary, to meet the needs of our growing client and partner base.
The US is the homeland of equity compensation, and as fintech leaders in the niche employee ownership space, we are helping more and more US companies to grow through the power of employee ownership. We manage the entire process for them – from stock plan administration and online trading, to customised portals, compliance and financial reporting. We look forward to robust growth in the coming years and to continued collaboration with the Ireland INC team and our fellow US 250 Index companies.

Despite the unprecedented challenges of the past two years, Irish businesses like Global Shares have not only survived but thrived, expanding their investment footprint across the United States. Irish Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the States is valued at $240 billion, with Irish FDI across the US contributing to an array of industries including software, ICT, business services, construction, food and life sciences. We are excited to see the continued increase in successful Irish companies in the US and will continue to promote the interests of Irish companies and further strengthen US/Irish relationships.
