We’re delighted to share the news that Jorge Martin has joined us as Managing Director, Country Head North America. Jorge is the ex CEO of Certent – the US provider of software and services for equity compensation and financial disclosure management, which was acquired by software development firm insightsoftware in 2021.
Prior to spending seven years at Certent, Jorge spent 11 years at E*TRADE Financial in shared services and client management leadership roles across product, professional services, QA, L&D, relationship management, sales, and marketing. Previously he held leadership roles at tech firms Avolent and Netscape.
He has a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Business/Managerial Economics, and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis.

Jorge hails from York, Maine and is based in New York.
Outside of work he enjoys travel, time in the ocean, snowboarding in the Western United States and cooking. He is a proud father and step father of 4 adult children.
