Prior to joining Global Shares, Huub held positions including Manager of Rewards at Deloitte, Manager of Executive Compensation at hkp/// group, Business Relationship Consultant at the Global Equity Organization, as well as compensation positions at Takeaway.com, Philips and AON.
Huub is hugely passionate about employee ownership and over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive insights into equity compensation matters, ranging from employee benefits and remuneration to HR transformation, executive and incentive pay. He is particularly interested in implementing innovative new solutions as well as employee engagement and helping people connect for everyone’s mutual benefit.

Huub is based in Amsterdam and speaks Dutch, English, German and Spanish. He likes running through his beautiful hometown and playing tennis and padel.
