Morgan company, is delighted to announce that our colleague John Bagdonas, Vice President for Business Development, has been appointed as a Fellow of Global Equity by the Global Equity Organization (GEO), one of the leading promoters of employee share ownership in the world today.
This prestigious appointment is reserved for leaders in the industry who have shown a long-standing commitment to promoting employee share ownership and can also point to a track record of excellence in pursuit of that goal.
John’s 35 years plus of experience in financial services has seen him demonstrate consistent high achievement in aiming to create more awareness about and helping to expand the reach of employee share ownership across the business world, in multiple industries.John began his career Morgan Guaranty Trust (part of J.P. Morgan) in 1986, before moving into share plan administration in the mid-1990s. He has worked with Global Shares since 2011, and previously held positions at Computershare, Equiserve, First Chicago Trust Co., and Morgan Shareholder Services Trust Co. As well as that, he has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Certified Equity Professional Institute, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors of GEO, and is co-host of the Global Shares equity compensation podcast, Own Up.
