We’d also like to highlight some existing functionality that allows participants to customize their preferences (and save valuable time) that admin users mightn’t be aware of.
Grant Management
New ‘Suspended’ Grant Status
For companies who apply a suspension policy to participants and their awards, they can now apply a suspension status. This means that the award will vest or be released once the suspension status has been lifted. This is required when the treatment of a suspended award is uncertain, as it may be pending an agreement or legal proceedings.
Automate Grant Acceptance Tasks
If your company is required to accept grant and award acceptance tasks on behalf of participants, admin users now have the option to accept these tasks in bulk. The automation of this task will result in substantial time savings for admin users, particularly for companies who grant thousands of awards annually.
Participant Experience
Language and Currency Preferences
Did you know that your participants can choose their preferred language and display currency for their desktop portal accounts? Once a company has enabled this feature on the portal and selected the list of currencies and languages to be added, participants can then update their preferences in the “My Account” area. This enables participants to customize their desktop experience in alignment with their preferred currency and language.
