Meet our Head of Client Management North America

We are delighted to introduce Casey Lafer, our Head of Client Relationship
Management for North America with J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions. Casey
brings extensive expertise and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional
client experiences. She will lead our North American Client Relationship
Management team and work closely with our global Client Relationship
Management team.

Casey joined J.P. Morgan three and a half years ago, working on the Digital Innovation
team at the firm’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB). There, she led a team of
product and strategy professionals dedicated to developing innovative solutions within
the financial services sector.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Casey spent almost four years as a Manager at Deloitte
Consulting, focusing on innovation and customer experience across a variety of
industries including financial services, travel, and hospitality. She advised C-suite
executives with a problem-first approach, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing the
customer. Additionally, she co-led Deloitte’s Customer Strategy & Experience (CS&E)
group, an $80 million practice, collaborating with senior leaders to define strategy and
market approach. She prioritized talent retention and employee education.

Casey began her career at Bloomberg in the Analytics department, where she led the
Foreign Exchange, Commodity, and Technical Analysis Advanced Specialist Team for
North and South America. She managed a team of 11, collaborating with sales and
engineering to deliver optimal client experiences. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Casey
received her BA from Cornell University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
