Global Shares has achieved its accreditation as a certified Great Place to Work® company for the second consecutive year, following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute Ireland.
The Great Workplaces Programme operates across 60 countries and is the global authority on workplace culture and people management practices. It provides the benchmarks, framework, and expertise needed to create, sustain, and recognise truly outstanding workplace cultures.
The Great Place to Work® certification process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience. It covers topics including credibility, respect, pride, camaraderie and fairness and requires a minimum employee participation rate of 80%.
Receiving accreditation as a Great Place To Work® for the second year in a row is something we’re incredibly proud of. Our accreditation is testament to our people who are the driving force behind our business and are our greatest asset. Being Great Place To Work® certified has been a superb support during what was an outstanding 12-months for our company, despite the significant challenges of the pandemic, and we look forward to the next 12 months and the opportunities ahead.
This accreditation is a key part of our exciting 5-year HR Strategy and gives us a globally trusted framework to continuously improve how we care for our team and maintain a high-trust culture. We’ll be working closely with the Great Place To Work® consultants to analyse our certification results and ensure that, where needed, steps are taken to make Global Shares an even better place to work.
